They have that. On the new cars they all have an engine cover so you dont' see the engine. The only thing you see is a yellow cap that says windsheild washer fluid only. You don't even see the dip stick.

Don't they give you a card or something that you can show people and say, "Look, it says right here I'm a sailor!"? Seems like that would be proof enough for most people.

When I was attached to Squadron 4 Staff, we all had "Nuclear Incident" Cards, They basically were get out of jail free cards. We could bypass roadblocks checkpoints etc,

we're assuming nuclear is refering to some kind of power generation, but perhaps it could apply to the naked teenage girls father, in which case, evading road blocks and tollbooths might be deemed necessary.
