Ok so I'm assuming that I have a corrupt file or something.

I dragged a bunch of files off my desktop into "my documents"

Now when I double click "my documents" from my desktop, it opens for about 3 seconds, then automatically closes, also right after it closes I loose all my desktop icons and tool bar for a 2 seconds. I tried right click and "explore" and a few other things to get the damn folder to stay open. Nothing works. I did a virus scan on that folder, and the whole computer, nothing found. Any ideas?

win 98 second edition for me, only had to reload it once in 5+ years.

I had win 98 and when I did reload it I put in 2nd edition.

I only had to reload it because I got a trojan virus from

Audiogalaxy, I was in one of the groups and some ********

sent the virus out and I opened it by mistake.
