It's got me interested, what's the taste like on all of this?
Each sprout has a different flavor, my guess is if you have ever had sprouts you've had Mung and/or alfalfa. Alfalfa are the small green ones you see at the supermarket and mung are what you see called "bean sprouts" at the local market. Of course these are or organic which are near impossible to come by at the market and especially at an affordable price. Like I say it just depends on the bean, i would say alfalfa are the least flavorful, good on a sandwich however. I like them on a sandwich with a little oil and vinegar, keeps your sandwich from bein messy as they just soak them up.
If you go HERE you can see some of the various sprouts and the sprouters, they are pretty cheap. I have a variety of sprouts coming that I will be trying so I'll let you know what's good and bad when they get here.

I am harvesting the mungs at 1 inch long, I am told this is when they taste the best and they have all of their enzymes and vitamins.
The second photo is of the next batch soaking
