The off set is 4 3/4" very similar backpacing as a 2000 Ford Mustang. I actually have 18x10 rims on the back of my wifes mustang and that is what I measured to place my order for these rims. I have not had to do a single thing to the fenders. BUT I have an assload of suspension work on this car.

GC Coil Overs KYB AGX shocks RB Swaybars. Urathane Bushings and rear toe eliminator. This car has almost zero bodyroll.
