i havent slept since last night so i was searching for words when i was typeing, but the nut that holds the wheel hub in place on the control arm aprently came loose and my hub popped off of it, my fender is a bit fubard because the wheel and hub assembly snapped back and got dragged along the ground into the car.. earlier in the week i snapped 3 out of 5 wheel studs and only had one lug left on the remaining two, so im not ruleing anything out as a possability

OOoooookay.. first off, TORQUE the HUB NUT! Second, DON'T overtorque the LUG NUTS and third, STOP USING and IMPACT on these things! lol!

And driving on 2 out of 5 studs is just asking for trouble, especially when they're so easy to replace!

EDIT: Also, make sure you use a new cotter pin on the hub nut.

did tourqe the hub not, didnt overtourqe anything, and dont have impact anything for tools and i didnt drive on the two studs, i took the hub off and had 5 new ones pressed in so this time i had all 5 studs.. i didnt use a new cotter pin which is probably what screwed me over, i reused the old one

Haha! I was just poking fun at you, but yeah - it's not a good idea to reuse cotter pins.
