I used to want a GST SO BAD....

My bro used to have a 99 eclipse gs.. Engine and tranny were going bad when the fuel injection system finally gace out.. OH well....R.I.P...

 

Haha... Only reason I wanted the GST was because it was lighter, could lower it more, and at the time held a faster 1/4 time than any GSX. I don't know about now...

 

I had upgraded everything but the bottom end on my GSX and that's what gave out. I should have replaced that **** sooner but it doesn't help you go any faster, it just makes it safer. But I upgraded everything else first, turbo, IC, fuel, ignition, clutch, ecu, etc... stock bottom end. Then I spun a rod bearing and bent two rods, damaged my crank, and just about destroyed the entire block.

 

Nice! Well, not literally. That sucks! But you moved on to bigger better, more expensive things!

 

at least it has a back seat.



are mitsus that bad?? i was thinking of getting a galant VR4, if i found one in nice enough shape...
