I may have to....but that would mean that I have to trailer my car to an alarm shop, then trailer it back home....that would suck ass. I guess I could get my windows tinted while I was there.

Hopefully I will figure it out...come on now people, I need some more ideas here.

Thanks,

Scott

Just install the damn fuel pump and drive it. LOL

lane_change 07-09-2003 02:08 AM

It's installed but it is a Aeromotive A1000 and will need more current than my factory wiring can pump out, so I have to run some 10 gauge wire to a 30amp relay and into my battery, and then a 14 gauge wire from the realy to my ECU main wiring harness and splice it into the factory fuel pump wire so that my ECU will still control my fuel pump for turning it on and off, priming, etc...

Then I have to switch out the factory fuel pump fuse from a 15amp to a 30amp as well.....I will probably do that tomorrow some time.....that and hook up the ground points in the engine bayas well as installing my Hyperground straps as well. Plus I need to hook up my Profec B, add engine oil, coolant, new plugs, new O2 sensor, and hook up my exhaust.

Then I will start my car....for now, I want to get my damn lights working.

FIXED!!! https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...#>/biggrin.png

I was simply missing a power wire that went between my Main 120A fuse and my other fuse box with the circuit relay fuse, main EGI fuse, etc.....Got to love a multi-meter.

Thanks to those who helped.

Good things come to those who splice and then find the mistake. LOL

I never touched that area of the car.....when I removed the alarm I was inside the car...that wire was missing inside the engine bay. I must have removed it long ago when I first pulled my motor.

I removed the DEI alarm and Autopage system perfectly....Hhahahaha....https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...#>/biggrin.png

I spent so much time under the dash that I never really looked under the hood much except to see that all the fuses looked ok....yeah dumbass me, don't check to see if they have power. As long as they're there, they're fine. https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...#>/biggrin.png
