Can Somebody Run A Carfax?

I just went and looked at a GXL '88 I'm thinking of buying for my GF. I was curious if somebody can run a CarFax on it for me, the mileage shows as 16K..but I don't think it's right. PM me if you have some CarFax time left and can run a VIN for me. Thanks!
