I am going to make a bid on this HUD repossessed house today. It is atleast 20K under market price and the price will not be publicized until Tuesday. Has anyone here dealt with HUD repoes. I have heard they are a pain in the *** but never from any one who has bought one.

 

While I don't know any specific details, as with any government goings-on, you can expect a load of paperwork to go along with your new house. :]
