So if there was a gash the size of your arm in the tire when it rolled out of the hanger the company should still be allowed to stay in business?

How much would the government fine be for that? And why should the government score the fine money when the people actually affected by the mistake just have to deal with it themselves for the rest of their lives?

Because you'd notice a gash when you pulled it out of the hanger, and you'd say hey, put a new tire on. Concord crashed in a similar fashion years back. Hit some debri, blew a tire, and then a not so good outcome after it shot up into the engine.

The damage was so expensive to the ONE engine they had to sell all 3 Concordes for scrap.

This is how I want to go out. Maybe I'll get sued after I'm dead too.

come on, dont bullshit us if you were seriously hurt in a plane crash and some of your friends died you would sue in a hearbeat if it could have been avoided.

Im not talking lawsuit because your coffee was too hot or you were not allowed to use the ladies room when the men's room was being cleaned, ******* plane crashed.

We don't know if this could have been avoided, which is why I said he could at least wait for the ntsb report to come out. More than likely it will find that debri hit the tire, it blew up, they lost control, and crashed as a result. Comair crashed a couple years ago cause the pilots took off on the wrong runway, now thats a reason to sue.
