Aparantly. He could at least wait till the NTSB report comes out and determines the tire probably burst when it hit some fod on the runway. Then he can sue the airport for not sweeping the runway properly. I seriously thought it said suing for loss of earings too, lol. Earnings makes more sense though.

 

I read that too. I think it's funny that the guy with tats on his neck and these retarded plates in his hyper-stretched earlobes is suing for disfigurement.

Id probably just be happy to be alive considering other people did die. **** does happen.. planes do crash.. Get the **** over it.

No I wouldn't, cause I'd be the guy flying it. **** happens and planes crash. Now if the pilots were say drunk....yeah that might be a problem. But once in a blue moon something breaks or blows up and causes a crash. Mechanical things do that.
