yeah, when you're in the admin side of things dealing with bioligists and law enforcement personnel, getting them to do the right things is an on-going issue.





I'm thinking of sending some flowers or something to the card representative. I like to have a good relationship with my contacts, and my boss just bitched her out big time, threatening to cancel our account and such. yeah, that'll make her work faster . Anyways, the plot thickens...

I've heard of card copying before.. That happened to someone at work actually. Somebody copied her bank card and her paycheck was missing one week before the bank found out where she 'withdrew' everything from.. She cancelled and got a new card, never got the money back.

 

turns out card wasn't copied, a replacement was issued and stolen, but no record was made of that card (it's complicated). Now I'm told that the investigators can't even make out a race of people on these crappy video surveillance systems, it's too grainy, and they're often on a loop, so stuff gets taped over. geez, that sucks.

 

yeah they are prolly as bad as the car salesmen
