Like I say don't quote me here, but it is my understanding that I assume in an effort to not flood the supreme courts upholding already established presidence, congress adds these "annotations"

ok this is what the wife said.. which came from a a lawyer.

The annotations are added permana (lost you yet).

Annotated versions of the US constitution are sold all over and in every library. The annotations themselves will not hold up in court, however the case law (presidence) established by the aformentioned case will more than likely hold up if it applies to the case at hand.

So when the supreme court makes a ruling based on the constitution it can then be added by anyone who wants to publish a book as reference for an attorney to use in future cases...

make any sense?

I dunno I will have to have her track it down, the only one I found was talking about double taxation and the other one was in Arizona where the guy said it was the first ammendment because he had no voice where he was being taxed or some ****.

Amend the governments' tongue to my ***!! City, county, state and federal, they can all just TONGUE MY BAG TOO!!

Photo radar=bullshit, red light radar=bullshit, Radar from M.A.S.H. =priceless. I really dont believe any of these measures are worthwhile investments for tax dollars. We The People... pay for all this **** and are left holding the bag when an "emergency" comes up. The fakkin bastards would never dream of giving up their budget, not in any government agency. Instead the sons a bitches raise taxes, and, if you have an unhealthy vice, such as tobacco, or alcohol, you end up paying more than everyone else. Gas is another form of taxation that we get buttfucked on frequently. The judicial system is fucked, you almost have to be drunk just to say it. Back in the day, horse thieves used to be shot, now when you steal a car, youre recoged in under 24 hours. The whole god damned system needs an enema. I could go on further about the system and how fucked up it is, but instead...

I GAVE THE ****** PHOTO RADAR UNIT THE FINGER AND I PAY ALL MY GOVERNMENT **** IN CHANGE, **** 'EM!!! IF THEY DONT LIKE IT, ILL EXPECT TO SEE THE BLACK SUBURBAN'S IN MY DRIVEWAY. "STAY OFF THE ROADS YOU SONS-A-BITCHES 'CAUSE IM COMIN' AT YA'
