I rebuilt the carb today to clean out all the **** that was in the gas tank apparently. There was a bunch of plastic and dirt in there. It runs alot better/smoother now.
I pulled off the exhaust and it was already "port matched" to the head so I left it alone. I drilled a bunch of holes in the airbox to make a "free flow" intake. I cleaned the plug and removed the crush washer so the plug is further in to the cylinder and burns the mix better.
It rolls out now
