Sorry hondas and acuras are out i could never let myself drive one. Plus evey 5 minutes someone would want me to race. Im kinda leaning towards a mazda truck i found a few nice ones for sale.

i got an 89 mustang 5.0 for my winter beater... bad on mileage ( better than my fd though ), drives perfectly, load as hell ( no cats n dumps ), and rwd! all i ever wanted!! snow drifting for 1800 is awesome!!!

I'm still seeing pretty many 323's for under a grand on Autotrader... small but great gas mileage and reliable. A friend of mine traded one in with 215K still going strong.

mk2 8 valve jettas are abundant and cheap..you can pick up one for under $2000 in great condition



my friend bought one for 800 and its been going strong for 4 years now
