I don't know what it is, but I think I know what you're talking about, just because he uses the same thing all the time on that show. Is it like a, uh, "stepped" bit, without the spiral design that normal drill bits have?





ahhh, looks like I was right, that's exactly what I was thinking about. yeah, he (the guy on that show) uses that all the time, and usually it looks pretty forceful.

oh! so that is a a unibit. I always wondered what that thing was called. They use it like mad on OCC. Perosnally i think Jesse James makes better bikes but oh well.



I want a set of Reemers and a nice drill press. Along with a HAAS CNC lathe and Mill.

What pisses me off is seeing a tool used as a crutch for LEGITAMITE fabrication!!!!!!!!!!!!



Like the idiots haven't figures out how to mask a frame off before Powder Coating and have to grind all the bearing recesses before assembly@

aren't those for the basic CNC mills. I know queen's has a couple of brand new HAAS machines, but their milling speed is so damn slow... max is 3200 rpm.

Yes, the TM-2 toolroom mill and TL-2 lathe.



I think the mill is 4000RPM lathe is 1800.
