The water pump shaft on the S5 that the pulley and fan bolt to mics out at 0.747 and the spacer for this flex fan mod that i'm doing is too small to fit over it, but it just so happens that a used uni-bit I have in my tool box would allow me to hog a hole at .749 per the mic meausement on it!

But because it's Banzai's B-day, I used a rota-broach instead, then chucked up the spacer in the press and sanded the excess away.

Thanks for telling us the uni-bit is useless in fab work ya grumpy bastard!

There you go misinterpretting my words. I own a couple uni-bits; even use them occasionally. I hate seeing them used as a crutch for ****-poor planning and execution of a design.

Each tool has a proper place and use, even the BFH

BTW: WTF are you doing installing a flex fan on a Rotary? MAx RPM for those things is like 6000 RPM. Bad News Hombre

10,000 rpm rating on the 1300 series, it will be fine.
