a mill, allows you to move vertical, hozontal, hell basically any way you want, and has an indexed wheel to make .001" or on some even smaller movents. a drill press is no where near as accurate, or ridgid. Mills use different, attachments, (holding devices) to hold the tool, IE taper, collet, ect. mills rock out
oh so basically you can cut into something and move the bit atround, aka how banzai made letters instead of just goign straight up and down with a drill press?
with fuel rails, since your making straight up and down cuts, couldnt you use a drill press? or does a mill produce a smoother result?

Ohhh ok. Yea i was just wondering cause i have a drill press and at one time wanted to make my own fuel rails but someone said id need a mill instead to make them so i skipped that idea.
