Especially since yesterday: Called DR's office to make appt.
Them: You have to pay $100 first you have no Insurance
ME: WTF?
Them: transferring you to billing
Biling: Ins paid for Nov 3rd visit, but Nov. 10th visit they say you are not covered.
Me: Does that make sense to you?
Billing: Not really
Me: I am Retired military, I am covered until I die, DO I SOUND DEAD TO YOU!
Them: Calm down Mr. Glave
