Well I survived, ended up getting 1 steroid shot in the spine, another in the right shoulder.



They also sent me to physical therapy starting next week

Yes, but the damn Ortho guy won;t see me untill after the last visit to pain management doc.

Pain management... Isn't that a joke! They should call it ******* the insurance company while messing with your head.



I hope the shots help man. I know that is a rough road. Me mums got L4 L5 probs. Hang in there mang...
