I just checked my credit score for free from lending tree.. 681 because I have a credit card that is close to the max balance but im paying it off this month anyway. Is that good ?

 

Two things....I'll preface with I used to work at the dealership.



1. those things were lined up every Monday morning on the service drive. Some had to be pushed in to service

2. everybody "Leased" those things. 3 year 36k miles. You know why?? The warrantee ran out after 36k miles and you sure as hell don't want one when YOU have to pay the repairs. Everytime they crossed the service drive it was a $2000 bill.



Story:

Sold one of those used. It was still in the service area but the repairs were complete. I made $3000 profit off a 3 year lease return. I should have gotten 25% of that in commish. When I gto my pay voucher it was based on a "no profit" sale=$100 bux for me. I got hot cause the dealership was rippin' me off and stormed into the Used Car Managers office. I was shown a repair bill for $3200 bux....we lost money on the deal! Moral of this story??? That was 36k mile lease return. What the hell cost so much money??? Those things always racked up a hefty bill when they came in.

 

so .. your saying that they are unreliable? How do the 00 S4s compare to like a 98 1.8t ? I know the 1.8s SHOULD run for a long time
