gotta love a judicial system that totally ignores common sense on routine basis... kind of like those people suing McDonalds for the coffee being hot...

I know that if you file a suit and you loose, then whoever you sued can counter sue you back for basically it being a waste their time. That there so people have to think that they can win. I guess it takes some of the idiots out of the loop, but then you get the fat chicks that sue McDonalds because they are fat, because they wern't aware that eating a 5000 calorie diet for 15 years isn't healty.
But this guy seems like one of those people that are the reason for warning labels. They go around trying to figure out who they can sue for doing nothing.
