Well if a burgler is in your house and he gets hurt in your house, he can sue you.

[qoute]Apple provides a general warning in its user's manual regarding the risk of permanent hearing loss if earphones or headphones are used at high volume. The complaint alleges that the warning is insufficient because it does not advise the listener of what is a high volume or a safe level.[/quote]

gotta love a judicial system that totally ignores common sense on routine basis... kind of like those people suing McDonalds for the coffee being hot...

you should be able to countersue those people for being STUPID...

I know that if you file a suit and you loose, then whoever you sued can counter sue you back for basically it being a waste their time. That there so people have to think that they can win. I guess it takes some of the idiots out of the loop, but then you get the fat chicks that sue McDonalds because they are fat, because they wern't aware that eating a 5000 calorie diet for 15 years isn't healty.

But this guy seems like one of those people that are the reason for warning labels. They go around trying to figure out who they can sue for doing nothing.

if you sue someone for being stupid, then you get sued for calling them "stupid" instead of like educationally challenged.
