Welp...I got the bad news today. The insurance thought I was gay and tried to screw me in the ***. They think my car was only worth $13k and thats all they are going to give for it unless I can prove otherwise. Anybody else have the same problem. I need help fast so I can pay the damn loan off and buy a new seven.

Establish a "Local Market Value" use hte paper, auto trader, etc... or tell them you want a replacement car of equal condition.



One time I fought them myself and last time I hired a lawyer, the lawyer got a ton. So you may want to consider getting an attorney. Welcome to the battle! I fought with the last one for almost 6 months.
