I eat a ton of complex carbs, vegetables, cereal, and soda and then go to the gym and bust out 100 flights on the starmaster while checking out the hot girls doing the same, then go to the weight room and take out my anger on the equipment for a few hours.
After that I feel tired and sore, and not as angry, so I go home and eat a nice big plate of pasta and vegetables. Mmmmmm.
The atkins diet would make me sick. I don't eat much protein, moderate amts' of fat, too much sugar and caffeine, probably too much sodium and I weigh 160 and am toned like a motherf$Cker.
It's all about balance. Work the lungs, work the muscles, lift for endurance (10 reps, not this three or four rep powerlifting circus act), take some boxing classes and kick some a$$!! Chicks really like a toned set of abs when they're on top of u.

Agreed, if you want to lose weight and feel great at the same time. Eat your required daily amount of food each and every day and exercise for about an hour. If you have to run, run. Lift weights. Run on the treadmill. Do anything. Don't eat right, and just sit on your ***.
I have never had to watch what I eat or I have never exercised. I do play DDR(yes, laugh if you must, but it is working out in my book), but never lift weights. I am also 19, and I have no metabolism right now. It will catch up to me I am sure. But not until I am 40, so that is a good excuse.
You want to lose weight right? Play Dance Dance Revolution punks. You will lose weight that way. Or just get frustrated. And don't smoke cigarettes and go to the bar after you are done working out.
