I was at Ruby Tuesday's, and after my meal I was looking at the dessert menu. One of the items was a "low-carb cheese cake." Cheese cake is one of the few things that I don't want to eat unless it's incredibly rich. So I ask the waitress, "do you have any high-carb cheese cake?" And she says, "no, only the low-carb." That was a sad, sad day.

I'm with Jims on this one. I'm sick of seeing Lo-Carb this and Atkins Friendly that. ****, I heard this morning that Krispy Kreme is coming out with a Lo-Carb Donut! Yeah, eat a dozen of those and see if you can lose weight. Americans are so into fads, it's nuts! How about a little common sense? Or has that become extinct?

**** atkins...all you need is to eat sensibly(sp)...lift some weights and do some cardio....i've been doing this for about a month and i've lost 5lbs, but i've put on a lot of muscle. and I still eat mcdonalds maybe once a week.

I feel like **** cause since I broke my toe I haven't played raquet ball. Gonna limp it tomorrow though LOL
