i saw something on tv last night about a guy that documented himself eating mcdonalds 3 times a day for 30 days. And super sizing everything. He ended up having a fucked up liver and constapation.LOL.
So will McDonalds **** up your system? Yeah, just may take about 90 trips to my calculations if I am correct. I am on trip 89 now. Eeeep, better watch out.

I was listening to another show on NPR, where a reporter also ate at McD's for 30 days. She worked out and ate Sensibly, but also made sure she ate at least one of everything on the menu at least once during the month.
