anyone here use verizon wireless? if so, how the hell do you get ahold of customer service? their automated system keeps connecting me to a disconected number and I want my credits for the ringers back.

yeah it is, but when you hit 0 for customer service it comes up saying that you dialed a wrong number, thats what the automated service transfers you to. a wrong number. **** it. getting tired of them. gonna go down to the store and raise hell tomorrow or monday.

I have a verizon, there is no way your gonna get your customer services, they are bitches i get charged roaming minutes when i use my phone inside my house but when i walk outside its local, ****** bastards

verizon is so not everywhere i need them to be. they say theyve got the biggest network.



as soon as i hit south jersey i had NO PHONE SERVICE. no servic ein delaware either....i lost it before i made it to marylnd but the whole time in delaware and south jersey i had no service.



cant wait till ym contract is up.

i use verizon myself, and personally i think they suck some fat dick. I have never seen a company try and rape people for so many little technicalities. I mean, i had a phone bill for $500 once... and i had there biggest plan with free everything... yet i still got charged 500? I called and yelled at them so much they took it off. But that wasnt the only time they tried to **** me... god i hate verizon. When my contract is up, im gone.
