I don't want to go to much into the movie because jim and i'm sure some other people haven't seen it, but he states facts....there are not two sides to facts...only one side

true, but there is always two sides to every story and the movie only presented one side. So in a sense it is propaganda because you are forcing your viewers to see only one side, your side (Michael Moore's side) or anyone who supported Al Gore in the last election.
Did you see Bowling for Columbine? What he basically broke down the whole deal in Clumbine to was the fact the the USA mentality is shaped by what we see in the news here both print and TV. The USA way of doing things is to kill then negotiate. Negotiations come after you kill them.
Like I said before, I find it amusing that when he takes a shot at the Republicans its unaceptable but if someone like Rush Limbaugh does it to the Democrats its all good.
I was sort of wondering what Rush was going to talk about once Republicans were in the white house, I mean the Republicans are giving him TONS of material but I'll be dammed if he says a word about any of it.
I remember reading in the Wall Street Jounal 5 on 9/16/01 a 3 page article on how 50% of the firefighters killed in the WTC were there in defiance of direct orders to stay at their respective stations. There were ZERO firefighters in the NYC tri borough area to respond to any other emergancies. EVERYONE was at the WTC.
The Police were in contact with a helicopter above the WTC and saw the building top listing over and warned the Police to get out. The Police were using the new repeater walkie talkies and could communicate with each other. The firefighters went back to their old antiquated radios and could not. The police warned firefighters they encountered on thier way out to get out. The fire fighters ignored them. The police repoerted in some instances they encountered cells of 40 firefighters that just ignored their warnings.
Totally unpopular story that was left alone after that until the hearings in NYC where the commision was boo'd for restating those facts.
It seems the unpopular stories are supposed to be left untold.

They are both doing the same thing. So why is it so wrong for him to do it. We had to endure 8 years of Rush doing it on TV the Radio etc... Ditto Heads Everywhere!!
I dont like Moore and more than I like Rush. I just think its amusing to see another side of a story even if it is unpopular.
I was told by a Republican that Moores statistics are falsified. i.e. his claim that there were 11,000 homicides with guns in 2000. I looked it up on a US Gov. Statistinc Site and my friend was right he did falsify the #'s there were ONLY 9,000 homicides with guns that year. Moore is a lying bastard!!!

and why do i care about this guy's opinion again?
I can hardly sit through any American news station without feeling like I'm being force-fed a bullshit point of view rather than just plain facts.
