I'm sure I'll end up getting one sooner than later, I'm just saying i went to the store expecting to not be able to live without the v4 one and I feel like I definitely could LOL

By the way I offended the ATT store lady, she said "you coming in tomorrow? You better get here early and get in line"

I said "you kidding, who waits in line for a phone that in 2 weeks I'll be able to have delivered to my door within 24 hours??"

My brother recently bought an iphone, and he found out that he could trade it up for the new one. He went by our AT&T store at 7:30 this morning, this is what they told him to do the day before. The line was around 3 sides of the building, and he waited for a bit before realizing it was going very slow. He left, and drove by 1.5 hours later, and the people that were in front of him in line were about to go in the front door. What a waste of time.

Yea I drove by an att store on the way into a meeting this morning. At 6:30 am there was prolly 50 people waiting in line. Makes no sense what so ever, when you will be able to walk into a store in a week and buy the thing without waiting in line.

Phins honestly I would wait. In a year they will have rolled out 4g and the iphone4 won't be compatible. For me at least, the upgrades in hardware is not enough to justify paying 500 bucks(plan won't expire till next summer). I've had the 3Gs since last summer and with the new software update I think it's awesome. Besides there are lots of bad reviews about the iphone4's antenna dropping calls and losing complete service because of the way you hold it.

I'm surprised we made it 16 posts before someone did touched on the "I remember when a phone was just a phone" subject.

I want a bag phone, so the excuse that I left my phone at home would be more believable.

Yea I'm still on the fence, although it's not really dropping $500, i can get $400 easily for my 3gs, so...

Meh, **** it i just ordered one from apple, if I don't like it i will return it.

Honestly i really like iOS 4, but the battery life on my 3gs has been horrible since I upgraded.
