I had the new iPhone 4 for a month and ended up returning it.
the phone itself is great, but the AT&T service where I live is HORRIBLE! Also, I hated their customer service. It was by far the useless customer service I have dealt with. And this is all on business account. I ended up returning the phone to apple store and when tried to end my service with ATT, it was another 45 mins of "I don't now how to end your contract sir"... 3 people said that to me at ATT and finally someone tells me, "You just need to wait 72 hours...". WTF!!
