heard the last rx-8 is the 2011. im stoked about an rx-9 but im going to miss the 8, she was a good time.a

 

It would appear that Mazda has halted production of the rotary engine.

 

yes its confirmed they sold barely any the last few years

 

Honestly I think it was the car, not the motor. I never really understood what market the RX-8 was going for. It's a sporty sedan, that barely seats 4. It's not good at being a sports car and it's not good at being a sedan.

 

but its good at.......

 

i liked driving them but i would never own one

 

i hope they can get the 16x to pass federal emissions laws.......

 

It's all rotary vehicles.
