I have a car I can drive for about two more months. I have been waiting on Speedmachine but because I haven't heard anything it makes me wonder if I have to get it done somewhere else. I hope I can get it done there and I hope they can get everything back up and running soon but if not I need a backup plan.
I see..

so you are just getting backup plan goin.. man thats smarter than i would have handled it.. i'm more of a do it the last minute kind of guy.. lol... maybe thats why i struggle so much more than i should.. I'm sure you will be able to get in contact with them soon. good luck.

ok

I think I am going to have to swap the motor out myself. I have done engine work before but never on my FD. I call the car my "snakepit" because that is what it looks like under the hood lol) I am going to be stuck with my car for a very long time so I guess it is a good idea to learn how to do it. I have seen my motor apart (in different stages) When it was apart it looked less complicated than it does now in the engine bay (to me at least) This is the only thing that scares me though
