I love Speed machine and if at all possible they will always be my mechanics but do to unforeseen circumstances they cannot do my engine right now. I cannot wait any longer as my FD is my daily driver. My motor is blown due to a bad oil pump and I have the reman in my sideyard all ready to go. I just need to find someone to put it in.

Is this shop in LA? Does he have experience working with FDs? What does he charge to put a reman in? (I need the blown block back) Does he warranty his work (work, not parts ie: if he messes up something will he fix it)

Speed machine has been my only shop. They haven't been working on anyones car for over a month. (Landlord, have to move shop locations, personal issues etc etc etc...) I haven't been able to get ahold of the shop owner Matt for more than 2 weeks now (and I even have his cell) It makes me sad https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub..._DIR#>/sad.gif



I have a car I can drive for about two more months. I have been waiting on Speedmachine but because I haven't heard anything it makes me wonder if I have to get it done somewhere else. I hope I can get it done there and I hope they can get everything back up and running soon but if not I need a backup plan.
