You must be talking about the Dakar rally, that's pretty intense. Rally drivers are the best drivers in the world in my opinion. I have seen them drive as fast as they can with almost almost zero visibility in fog, simply going by the navigator. Rally is similar to soccer here in the states, it is popular everywhere else in the world but here. If they aired rally primetime I bet you people would **** their pants. On another note I like the way the Speed channel handles Rally; lots of in car shots and little talk.

Get this...it's a quote from Jimmy Spencer RE:road racing:
"It's not racing. Our sport has outgrown road racing. I think Watkins Glen and Sears Point, if I had my options, I'd want to clear the facilities and use both of 'em as bomb testing sites.''
Watkins Glenn is one of the only Nascar races worth watching. I suppose it's OK to watch if there's nothing else on, I much perefered CART but Tony George decided to screw over anyone interested in open wheel racing here state side. IRL has finally gotten somewhat respectable but I still don't care much about it save for team Penske.
At least they're talking about keeping the turbo charged format in CART now.
I have no intrest in F1, never have. Always seemed like a bunch of prima donnas to me.
