Well after we get the new toy you and the fam will have to come down for visit and we'll go for a ride. I would love for Edna you and the little man to come and visit we could have soo much fun.
That would rock. Between July 20 and early September I have no school, I'll talk it over with Edna.

damm, its over $5000 for summer dockage here for a 30 foot, technically thats memorial day to labor day

then they charge you to keep the boat there for the winter too, shrink wrap it, etc..

i can dock in the bahamas for less than that, it's like 4800 a year in the bahamas and you can live on the hook there for around 3000, but then you arent going to find anything near nyc prices, just look at the real estate there its 4 or 5 times that of the real estate here, so i wouldnt expect things like moorage to be any different.

the west coast of fl is even cheaper, the boat is currently in a VERY nice marina there, they have covered section for power boats and charge

$8.50 a foot which INCLUDES, water, electricity, pump out, tv has a beautiful pool and restaraunt in what i would consider a "top end" marina, which is more like $12 a foot here.

Some places here you can buy a slip and pay close to nothing in maintanence fees, pay like 55k for the slip and then 50 or so a month which is a really good deal if you have a 60 foot boat, you can also rent peoples private docks really cheap, but we dont want to have our boat in someone's back yard.
