all the bikes out now are very nice and have their positive aspects. the F4i is a sweet bike. i have never ridden an R1, but a shitload of people call my job telling me they own the R1 with other bikes, and thats the hardest to ride. they say you gotta fight it to turn. havent heard anything but great things bout the new gsxr1000.

My personal favorite is the gsxr 750. i will have one when i get enough money. i miss riding.

I picked up the latest Motorcyclist magazine today to drool over the Honda 919 again. I've decided that if Honda doesn't start bringing the Hornet (CB600F, essentially a 919 with a detuned CBR600 engine) over from the UK within the next few years, I'm going to go for a CBR600. 1Revvin7, let me know how your CBR works out.

I would love to get my hands on a CBR600, I have ridden one, and they are just damn fun, high revvin, and light, just like I like it. plus, I can pick up one that is a couple years old, for damn cheap, and we all know how I feel about cheap.

I've been seeing some CBR600F3s on CycleTrader for around 4500 or so. Seems decent for a used bike of that caliber.

Honda bikes are the ****! However...

Its your first bike? Damn... I highly recommend picking up a cheaper used bike first.. You can get a nice F2 for a little over $3k. I got my first bike (1990 Honda CBR600F) for $1800. Doesnt look the best, but it rides well and is fast enough to keep me interested... And slow enough to let me learn. But hey... if you got the money go for it!

Yeah, the CBR is alright. But i used to have a kawasaki ninja w/a turbo on it. I was sure i would have left anybody in the dust...especially a weak *** honda. But anyway i raced a crazy souped up Lincoln, Continental i think. but anyway i almost lost and i sold the bike....scummy. So now i'm gonna buy a Lincoln too. And i'm sure i'll get more ***** too...hehe. but i heard the powerseats break easy..oh well
