I know I put this in gen D... But there aint no heads in the 2nd gen forum...

My buddy needs help..

2nd gen TurboII floods real bad when starting... So bad that it won't start. Plugs are soaked. No cover on the fuse box to determine fuse location... Where is the EGI fuse?

What the fakk is the problem?

I'm trying to help him over the phone... Which is a BIOTCH.

Anyone local to Frederick MD with experience on 2nd gens?

He said it's absolutely SOAKING with fuel... I don't really know what to tell him.

He also said there is a pump looking thing by the turbo with a mechanism going to the throttle body... WTF??

Any help appreciated.

EGI is the one closest fuse to the motor.
