i would go but i couldnt get off work that day. was a popular day to ask off since were closed on that monday, so i gave that one up to get 2 others off

That I don't need to worry about blowing black smoke out the tail in an unfamiliar state, with unfamiliar cops? Last thing I need is another summons, especially an out of state one.

 

i doubt youd get in trouble if you were just there for the weekend



not that you would anyway since there are no laws

 

one of the reasons i like OK, no inspections anymore



only advice is to not speed in any of the smaller towns

especially any of the following



dewey, jenks, bixby, glenpool, and a few i cant remember the name of out in the panhandle

also, ive been driving without one for oer 3 years and its only been mentioned once by an officer.

 

Its gona be a few day event for whoever is around. We're always cruising around on the weekends, and have a big cruise planned for after the event for whoever wants to tag along. I think we were discussing going to the drags friday for those who are in town also. We got a few cool things to give away from Gotham and a dyno session from Tulsa Dyno. AND we were trying to get Mazda to bring some Rx8's out to test drive, but we'll see. I know we already have a hanfull of Rx8's and a couple more signed up the other day.



As far as long drives go, it really is easier on parts than city driving. Just do the normal maintence before hand and after.
