I think with the right turbo, say the 500+ hp one from here:

the right exhaust system, the right porting and fuel upgrades, a fair amount of nitros, weight reduction, racing tires, cal induction and new intake, intercooler, oilcooler, high performance rotors/seals and all that crap, and a few other mods it could stomp 10's.
