Bit of a correction to the shipping cost:
For an LT8 or LT10 and up to 4 coils, international shipping with insurance is $62 For an LT12 or LT8/LT10 and more than just 4 coils, it comes to $73. Sorry for the miscalculation on my part! Let me know if there are any issues with this. -Jack |

OK ITS ALL SET!!!
The 10th payment was just sent in 5 minutes ago. I will be taking the next few days to clean everything up, and i will be verifying all of the information on Monday when Dale gets back in his office. WE WILL BE SHIPPING NEXT WEEK. If anyone else wants in on the first batch, PLEASE, get payment to me BEFORE SUNDAY. If you can do that, your unit will ship out with everyone elses!!! |

Ok guys, i am getting floods of new people wanting in on this buy.
As i have previously stated, the final cutoff date IS May 15th HOWEVER, i do not want to make everyone wait till then to get the first group sent off! We have 13 payments in already, so i am setting this friday as a cutoff date for the first group. If your money is not transferred and cleared via paypal you will not be shipped in the first group. Beyond the first group, orders will need to be placed in groups of 5. I am sorry to do this to those who have said that they wanted in for a while now, but money talks, and if the money isnt in i cant make everyone who paid in a timely fashion wait. So that is the final word guys, if you know that your payment is already in, then your orders will be placed on Friday. Anyone else, i will keep working on this for you to organize more groups to get more orders out! Please though, if you want in, either PM me or E-mail me. Thank you! |

There has been a change with the shipping.
They boys over in Australia have a carrier that can ship everything straight to one location without issue in 3 days time. This will prevent any hold up in customs (that previous group buys have experienced), and cut about a week off of the shipping time. I am having the ECU's sent to me, and i will distribute them via UPS ground from there. I will send out tracking numbers to all 14 customers on the day i process the shipment. Normally, shipping like this would actually cost more, since the units have to be shipped twice. However, we are going to pick up the extra cost. Just letting everyone know what is going on! Shipment should go next week! |

if you really want one, teamfc3s.org has a few for sale. One was used and was actually cheaper lol. sold now i think
but japan2LA on there is the owner of jspec.com i believe. He has them for an alright pricing too. |
i actually talked to my friend last night who wants to upgrade to the LT10S, which means he can sell me the LT8 ecu and wiring that comes with the LT10S. that might be an option for me, IF you can easily swap over the ecu from an FD to an FC.
other than that, what difference is there between LT8 and LT8S? |
you're going to have to get the basemap reloaded, or else someone to put in the correct info before you even start the car.

as far as i know, the basemap is saved i nto the adapter. not the computer that hooks up to the ecu
so, you're gonna have to try and get the written data down... |

The difference between an LT8 and an LT8s is that the LT8s has the most current firmware version, which may see upgrade around December of this year. Firmware upgrades come free to anyone who purchased an LT8s. You would be hard pressed to find a regular LT8, considering Microtech only manufactures the LT8s now. It would have to be used, and even then, I would reccomend buying an LT8s. I have no idea when the next group buy will be, there turns out to be alot more interest in this than we initially gauged. Originally, we thought there would be some trouble getting 10 people for this group buy, yet here I am sending out 17 orders, with at least 5 people knocking on my door wishing they got in before the deadline. I will talk to my contact about future group buys, and see what is going on. By the by, I just got word from Dale and the ECU's are going out! He said they should be on my doorstep by next Thursday at the latest. After that i will send them out and get tracking numbers for everybody. |

If they was supposed to come in on Thursday, they probably won't be at your door till Friday. Does Aus. celebrate Memorial Day? If not, then they would think Thursday, but since UPS/FedEx didn't run on Monday, it'd actually be at your door Friday. (Today) -Alex |
