I am organizing a GB for the Microtech stand alones.

We need 5 people minimum for this to happen.

GB deadline is April 31st. However, if we get the requsite number of people sooner, then we can get the Microtechs shipped sooner.

Here are the prices:

LT8S - $775 shipped

LT10S - $875 shipped

LT12S - $975 shipped

Laptop adaptor - $110 shipped

Handheld controller - $135 shipped

DASH unit - $370 shipped

That is for 5-10 people ordering. Shipping is included in the 48 states, and Canada via ground shipping. Hawaii and international shipping is not included.

The GB is sponsored by SpeedMachine / FC3S.org (Dave).

The money will come to me, and I will forward the money to Dave.

I am not here to rip anyone off. I have many positive references, and am willing to provide any and all assurances and information to ensure that you guys feel secure that this deal is on the up and up. So if you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact me.

E-mail - sunshine1696@juno.com

or PM me.

Also, I have not been able to get approval on the rx7club forum to post the GB. So I would appreciate if you guys would spread the word "unofficially."

Im interested. How is it going to be done......send a deposit and then send balance at close of GB? or Send all before close of GB. What about refunds if the GB does not get the number of people required? Also, what will the price be if it goes over 10 people....just in case that does happen?

How will payments be made....paypal, money order...etc..?

Sorry for all the questions but im sure im not the only one with the same concerns, if not more.

I thought the easiest way is for me to collect the money and organize everybody, and then send one single order into fc3s.org. I want to aviod bothering Dave, so I volunteered to do all the legwork for this. I am not receiving or charging any sort of compensation or kick-back here. My only reward for this is to be one of the 5-10 of the ppl who participate in the GB.

-I did not even think of just asking for a deposit - but that is a good idea! This is what I think is reasonable...I will accept a 15% deposit as a place holder. This deposit will NOT be refundible if YOU back out of the GB. If the GB fails due to NO fault of yours, then the 15% WILL BE refunded. (This is minus transaction costs, if paypal is used. If its a MO, then it only costs a stamp)

-Full refunds will be given to anyone wishing to withdraw from the GB, or in the event the GB fails. (This is minus transaction costs, if paypal is used. If its a MO, then it only costs a stamp)

-I have no details of prices if there are more than 10 ppl, but so far we can't even meet the minimum 5, so I dont think more than 10 is even a concern.

If there are any other questions or concerns, please do not hesitiate to ask. This is a great opportunity to pick up an awsome ECU for a great price.

Please help me spread the word on this GB! Also, this is not limited to Rx-7s. If you have friends with other cars, they can be in on this too! Dave will make sure that the ECU is sent with the appropriate base map for your car. This is one of the things that makes Microtech so good and easy to use. Their pre-programed base maps are really good!

sunshine...

1. the dash controller in this GB, is it the old or new one?

2. dash controller is a "glorified" hand held controller, correct?

3. does the microtech use the factory sensors?

4. how much extra for a 6 ignition module?(whichever is recomended for a non-racing 20B motor)

ALL,

is there any other ECU recommended for a 20B?

thanks

Yeah, I guess it kinda is

But like I said, I really don't want to keep anyones money. All I want is a level of commitment from the participants of the GB. Thats it.

1. I dont know which dash unit it is...I will check with SMP.

2. see these other websites, perhaps they can answer your questions.

3. i am almost sure the microtech is a plu and play unit. All of the sensors are factory.

4. I can call SMP and find out. I'll get back to you.
