I would think any racing event would require insurance, permits, all kind

of **** no?

If thats the case then a seperate admission rate might help out

some of the people who dont have alot of money for the admission

tolls and gas to get there and back. That wouldnt be the case

for myself, ,I obviously wouldnt go entering my 146hp vert in any racing events and on the same hand there are some people who build thier cars for purpose

and arent into the show and shine so they have that negative

outlook towards a car show.

I think the best you might be able to accomplish is a auto x event,

this way you wouldnt need a track and the high costs that Im sure are

involved with it.

I'll be there, but I doubt I would be doing any racing. Its a long ******* haul to MD with a broke car.

I would like to see some racing though

i think and as has already been said, trying to sqeeze all three at one time might be pushing it a lil. most ppl that i know drag race more than auto x.

so my suggestion is again, i think i sggested this before, a true show and go type of thing. u enter your car in the show and teh drag race. and by the judging of teh show and your timeslip and some magical mathematical equation, you give out prizes and trphies.

did that make any sense at all???

yes it all made sence in some crazy crack head way LOL

anyway, we are not concerned about the amount of work involved. You would be amazed at how much time we put in just for the normal rotorfest.

Just trying to get a feel about what people's interests are. I know everyone is happy with the way it is done now, but I know more people would be attracted to the event if there was some "participation" type activity.

i think with the number of people that we anticipate to attend rotorfest4, the event with that can involve most people would be drag racing.

well to be hones, I threw this poll out to everyone, just to see if there was any interest in a "dual" event. When it all comes down to it, it will be based on what is made available. I have sent out email to quite a few track officials, and other places. Waiting to hear back from them
