there are certain things to go overkill on and certain things you can leave alone for a while
The motor, fuel system, and cooling system are the good things to beat to death. Everything else can be replaced easily nowadays, but good motors are hard to come by.
yah i my goal is to not have to pull the engine out ever again.

about 1 in 10 notice the engine in the scoop and do a double take, its funny
I hate downtime!
my friend todd is like that. if a car doesnt run, he freaks out. i dont mind having a car not running if theres a reason for it, ie motor swap, ecu install etc
I just like my jobs to be done as fast as possible--without cutting corners. That's why I'm waiting for my next job.

What kinds of injectors do you have? What fuel pump? A bigger exhaust would probably be nice.

just a quick one for you jim.... did you use the fd thottle cable or get one made up ????

im putting in a power fc and i,ve got a guy coming round this sat to do the wiring. with any luck he can make it run

if the fd cable fits it would be alot easier than having one made
