Alright I just rebuilt my 86 n/a rx-7 I put it all back in but its not cranking it spins over, get compression but is not cranking. The problem is that I think its flooding out, due to the gas pouring out of my exhaust. Can anyoone help me. I'm thinking maybe its a fuel pressure regulator

if it won't crank you have a starter or electrical problem

Is cranking and spinning over different? Is it turning over or not?

are you getting spark? and rebuilt rotaries are hard to start and will flood. maybe try push starting it.
