Cosmo 13B-RETT
#1
i have a cosmo 13b-re twin turbo engine, and was wondering if i could just drop in two larger turbos without having to change anything else. also, since one turbo is smaller than the other, what two sizes of turbos could i put in just to replace the stock turbos? i know it would probably be better to go with a large single turbo for more power, but i like the way the twin turbos work. thanks.

Well if you are running the stock engine and twin I would stick to the stock cosmo computer. Then as you upgrade put a SAFC on it and tune from there. It is much easier that way. You do not have the adjustability like a standalone but it makes it easy to tune.

I would not use the stock ecu..1 its from an automatic.. 2 japanese ecu's are very restricted.. You can however use and S5 turbo ecu. however remember the port size in the cosmo is much larger than the stock 13b or 13b-t motor..so think of it this way..would you run a stock ecu on a ported engine?
