Its a S4 FC n/a motor and a 1st gen transmission.

The transmission will work in an FC, but you will need to put on an FC tailhousing and shift assembly. Depending on whether that transmission came out of a 12A or 13B equipped 1st gen, it will either have a really short 5th gear, or just a short 5th gear. The gears are a lot weaker, so anything other than a stock car will put too much stress on the transmission. I had a 1st gen transmission in my FC for a few months, and broke 1st, 3rd, 4th, and 5th gears.



To make a long story short, youre better off getting an FC specific transmission if its going in an FC. If you need one, I have one from an 89 n/a.
