13b To 20b Swap
#1
i am going to be getting a 1991 rx7, presumably na. i just did some research and learned a little on how the engine functions. i still have nooo idea what limits and restrictions there are for these cars. what i want to know is if we cna put a 20b where a 13b was. from my understanding the 13b is 2 rotor and the 20b is 3. what else is different and whould this work? also, how about making a tri rotor 13b, or is that the exact same as a 20b? where can we get eccentric shafts to accomodate more rotors? the 1991 quad rotor used a 3pc design, but why not machine a solid shaft? i need some solid info to keep learning. than x

Yes, you need to do more research.
An NA has the weaker drivetrain, so MINIMUM you need the entire Turbo II drivetrain first...
Hope you have a lot of money...
