Is this the replacement for the E6K? Does anyone know if the maps are compatible?

yes it superceeds the e6k. the big change is that they use a different trigger reluctor, so it frees up an output to make 4 cylinder cars sequential injection and waste spark. with the e6k on a 4 cyl it wa either or. for a rotary theres no real difference.

soon* they will have a windows version of the software for it too

an e6k map goes right into the e6x, with the only difference being your trigger numbers, but you should be zeroing the timing anyways

mike

*soon; geologically speaking

Haha, yeah "soon". They've been saying "windows version" since before Billy Gates invented windows.

WTF is taking so long? It would add to the appeal of the e6x if it had bling bling looking software!

Why keep stock sensors? They are very old and when one breaks they are very expensive, at least for FC's they are.
