Not sure what to tell you as far as the shipping and stuff, but Jason (JT-Imports) was in the US last week, and may still be in the US. But there is a quick answer as to why he may not be replying to you right away.

yea as he said in alot of other posts he is in US and his wife is "trying" she doesnt have to help out and ship stuff. i dunno about the may2nd thing but he will give you a response asap. ive orderd my 99 spec lip from Jt-Imports and it got here in like 3 days from when he said he got it from mazda

a lot of orders got messed up by ******* and Im still trying to fix them. Your strut
bar isnt here yet. I can send the lights today, if you dont mind waiting for the strut
bar I can cancel it, and just send the lights, or if you can wait about 2 weeks I can
get it all to you then.

I had just e-mailed you today regarding your parts and you e-mailed back,
is there still a problem?
Sometimes quality takes time-- Granted me going to the states didnt help at
all, but I found some before I left and asked to have them sent but me not being
here in Japan to follow only got me one, and that person ordered before you, so I had to let it go to him.
I appoligize for this again like I said in my E-mail, and I will send the lights without the strut bar till I can find a decent one.
(For everyone reading) I wont sell junk weither you like it or not. If you e-mail me and said I want a JUNK, POS, SCRATCH, BENT, PURPLE, OVERSPRAYED Strut tower bar then I will send it to you, but I think you would be amazed to see the crap being sold, No i dont have time to go to Junkyards even though I wish I could, I would make a lot of money off those parts, but I buy them from several different places and sometimes USED parts in good condition, GRANTED this was almost 2 months and 3 weeks of that I was in the US, and I understand thats no excuse, but Im by myself, which I know is no excuse either, but I do the best I can. I know I offer VERY good prices on USED parts, and as I mention on almost every USED part that I will try to get the best quality for your money. I think everyone here that has bought spoilers, strut bars, front lips, bumpers, etc... from me would agree.
I once again apoligize and I will find some one more responsible next time to take over my business while Im away. Im hoping to hire some people within the next month or 2 because of the big turn JT-IMPORTS will be taking.

i love jt-imports. he was great to deal with. jt-imports and chuck from rotaryextreme are my 2 favorite vendors. what did you order? if its big its coming by boat which takes time

he was in the us around that time and i believe just recently returned to japan. his wiofe was trying to run the show but is very difficult to do when u also work full time. im sure if PM him u will get a positive answer to where your parts are.
